To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. In addition, all of our products come with a five-year manufacturer replacement warranty. If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect within five years of the purchase date, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
