Returns Policy

At Qova Faucets, we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when it was received. Please include a copy of the invoice with your return.

In addition, all of our products come with a five-year manufacturer replacement warranty. If your product becomes defective due to a manufacturing defect within five years of the purchase date, we will replace it free of charge. This warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, or normal wear and tear.
